Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with other disciplines including engineers, developers, utilities, and contractors
Provide leadership to the design team
Ensuring that QA/QC procedures are implemented within design teams
Accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to his/her disciple field
Responsible for all aspects of project management including scope development, quality control, and project delivery.
Product design and development from electrical prospective
Communicate regularly and directly with clients
Skills/Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is required
Experience in airport-related facilities, transportation, or commercial buildings.
Must be self-motivated with an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines without supervision
Registered EIT or in process
Understand 480v/120v 3 phase+ 2 phase systems
Experience with government codes including NEC
Passion to work in a collaborative, and creative environment
Experience in governmental, military or aviation is preferred
Superior attention to detail, focused, and quick learner
Exceptional character and integrity. Pro-active problem solver
Some travel may be required
Airfield Design Engineer I (Power Design)
Locations:
Irvine, CA
Salt Lake City, UT
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to his/her discipline or field, and development from electrical perspective
Ensuring that QA/QC procedures are implemented within design teams
Responsible for all aspects of project management, including scope development, quality control, and project delivery.
Coordinate with other disciplines, including engineers, developers, utilities, and contractors
Oversee the production of deliverables, ensure deliverables meet Client satisfaction and quality control requirements.
Customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgement to develop the right course of action
Apply your engineering expertise and experience as required, work independently, and communicate with engineers and sub-consultants as required to ensure accurate and timely project
Communicate regularly and directly with clients
Education/Experience Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. EIT preferred.
Skills/Qualifications:
Understand 480v/120v 3 phase+ 2 phase systems
Experience with government codes, including NEC, is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
Experience in airport-related facilities, transportation, or commercial buildings is preferred

Field Engineer
Locations:
Irvine, CA
Salt Lake City, UT
Key Responsibilities:
He/she reports to the project manager and is responsible for all on-site project administration
Materials review - This includes submittals, shop drawings, and expediting material deliveries
Assist the Company's field supervisors on interpretation of drawings, specifications, IRs/RFIs, and questions for and from the Architect/Engineer
Assist in developing and updating the schedule
Attend weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and maintain meeting minutes
Safety - Participate in the jobsite safety meetings, weekly safety audits, etc
Quality - Facilitate and/or participate in Preparatory Meetings, Initial Inspections, Follow-up Inspections, etc
Accountable for handling specific design aspects on projects appropriate to his/her discipline or field, and development from electrical perspective
Ensuring that QA/QC procedures are implemented within design teams
Coordinate with other disciplines, including engineers, developers, utilities, and contractors

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software is a plus
Experience in airport-related facilities, transportation, or commercial buildings is preferred
Must be self-motivated with an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
